Profiles of Success

JOHN BUSCH
Business Owner, Carpenter, Corporate, Education

About

In my 20s, I made poor decisions and was homeless, living in my truck. I was working as a carpenter and paying my way through college to become a teacher.

In my 30s, I made better decisions and made a million dollars in corporate America, and I made another million dollars with investments. Yet there was a void in my life. I wanted fulfillment. A friend shared PPLSI with me, and I saw products everyone could benefit from. I saw a business with a proven system that could allow anyone to enjoy success, and I experienced a community of people with a mission of making a difference. So I immediately signed up as a member and associate, and I followed the proven success system. Thanks to PPLSI, I am able to do more for and with my parents as well as travel. I am having a ton of fun with a community of people who are making a huge difference.

I am grateful for our founders, Harland and Shirley Stonecipher, who experienced an adversity and found a seed of greater benefit. That seed grew into a mighty forest with corporate leaders like Darnell Self, Brian Carruthers, Melissa Wilder, Kathy Pinson, the Circle of Champions Members and countless field leaders, service providers and employees who serve and lead, big and bright, with their hearts and minds. I appreciate the work, play, and love philosophy exemplified by leaders like Mike Melia, Steve Melia and Kim Melia. There is not enough room in this entire book for me to acknowledge and express my appreciation for all the wonderful people inside and outside of my organization who serve and lead with hearts of giants. Let love rule.

What are some of my goals for this year? On December 31, I will reflect back on the year and be grateful for attracting an organization of wonderful people who serve and lead with hearts of giants, an organization with at least 10 new Executive Directors and at least 100 new Performance Club qualifiers, an organization that has been paid more this year by PPLSI for the value given to at least 8,000 new members and at least 12,000 active members, which resulted in me being paid more this year by PPLSI as a Platinum 2 Executive Director or higher.

What are my own personal goals for next year? On December 31, 2022, I will reflect back and be grateful for attracting an organization of wonderful people who serve and lead with hearts of giants, an organization with at least 100 new Executive Directors and at least 1,000 new Performance Club qualifiers, an organization that has been paid more in 2022 by PPLSI for the value given to at least 100,000 new members and at least 200,000 active members, which resulted in me being a Circle of Champions Member and a Diamond Executive Director.
