At 22 years old, I made a decision that changed the trajectory of my life. It seemed simple at the time because I was so excited about the services we offer, but what I would soon discover is that the greatest factor wasn’t the services or even the company, it was my becoming! Success is what you attract based on the person you become, and even though I was blessed to hit the Executive Director level at the age of 23, I had no idea that I would have to go and grow through experiences and lessons that would help shape and mold me into the leader I’ve become today.

This business is a personal development plan with compensation attached to it that rewards you for your growth. The more I grew, the more my income grew. When I became lazy and stagnant, my income grew back to where I was personally. Today, as a full-time university administrator, this business has allowed our family to create countless memories and gave my wife the time to focus on being a mother while pursuing her entrepreneurial goals. Our three children, Byron II, Sydnee and Carter, keep us motivated, and we were so excited to earn our $50,000 Ring, but we are not slowing down. We just have to continue to think BIGGER and help more people.
